So I checked my bandwidth with speedtest by my door, where Skybell HD was installed, and I have consistently 15-20 Mbps download and 4-7 Mbps upload, yet now that my doorbell is installed, I’m getting an error for a weak connection. What am I missing?
What kind of material is the SkyBell HD mounted on? Mounting on a metal door frame can disrupt the wireless signal.
Which band is it on? Do you use the same SSID for 2.4Ghz as you do 5Ghz? If you do, you may want to separate them as the SkyBell HD should be on the 2.4ghz frequency
Have you Power Cycled the SkyBell HD? Any change?
