August Door Lock disarm

I’m designing a new home system for the first time on Surety/ADC and planning to use August smart lock pros on my doors. Is there a method possible that when the August is unlocked, it will automatically disarm the security system or maybe even set a scene? How is this done, will I need something like a z-wave hub?

August Smart Lock Z-Wave Issues?

Alarm.com ended support for new August Smart lock installations as of June 21, 2021. August released a new generation of the Pro which if I recall had some compatibility issues and support was dropped. Supported locks are listed here. Danalock is one of the models.

Support for August Smart Pro locks ended in 2021. Due to changes to their newer models they are no longer compatible.

Various rules can be created for compatible Z-wave devices connected to your system. Disarming the alarm based on unlocking a lock is a rule that can be created if you have a compatible lock.

What kind of rules can be set up with Z-Wave locks? Event-triggered rules are: A rule that will automate locks when the security system arming state is changed.
