Just wondering if Alarm.com is experiencing an outage. If so is there a restoration estimate?
Nothing being reported at this time and I’m not showing any issues through personal account testing.
Are you running into a specific error when accessing ADC via the app or website?
When something like that is reported, we will pop it up on the forum under the Product Updates heading during business hours along with any follow ups from ADC.
App is giving the following error:
Web portal wont load. I can use other internet related things, this forum, google, etc.
Try a different browser. Also try cellular data instead of wifi (or vice versa) when on the app. Any change?
Whatever it is, it just started working again. Not sure what caused the issue.
