App issues with another provider

I have a new 2 gig gocontrol monitored by another provider. we cannot get the iphone app to have good response. when i arm it with the app, it does not actually arm for 10 to 15 minutes and sometimes never. have tried both verizon and att boards. i think the att one is gsm, and i see yours is 3g. would it help?

It is interesting bc when i got the att card it was fine, then friday it started being delayed…i thought it was friday cell traffic, but it continued all weekend… i even test it at 5am sunday and it too 12 mins to arm. Also possibly worth noting is that i have the 10foot better antenna on it.

This looks to be a cellular signal issue for a number of users. Alarm.com has been notified and is currently working on the issue.
