Had the alarm go off this morning accidentally, the 10 second entry delay counted down and the siren went off. As far as I can tell I have the dialer delay set to 0. The alarm only went off for maybe a second or two so I’m guessing when I disarmed they didn’t call? At any rate a little concerned I have something misconfigured.
It’s most likely due to the policy change here.
If it only went off for a second or two then the alarm was probably disregarded due to the abort signal. You can have them call regardless of an abort signal by asking Surety support to put a no disregard per abort on your account.

This is correct, disarm signals are received by the monitoring station as abort signals. These are accepted as false alarm confirmation as they indicate a responsible party is aware of the alarm and disarming the system quickly. This is a false alarm reduction policy.
