Alarm is not going off and it is not sounding when the door is opened. The Alarm stays as Armed stay.
Is this a new sensor, or an existing sensor? If the later, when did it stop activating? What model sensor are you using?
It doesn’t look like there are any sensors currently programmed into your 2GIG panel. You would need to add the sensors to you panel before it will respond to them. Do you have any questions about how to do that? This video is a good start.
To access panel setting configuration:
Screen Logo>enter installer code>system configuration
Right arrow to blank sensor location, then down arrow

- shift, then learn. Pull magnet from sensor (or if installed open door/window)

It looks like sensors stopped reporting activity and were removed from the system 1/22/2016. Were you or someone else working on the system? It looks like sensor tests were performed, a manual phone test, and sensors were deleted.
