The Alarm gets triggered randomly on two of our stores, after checking the panel, we can the door open message but do not see door close message. We have replaced the battery, door and sensor alignment is also good. Please help.

Usually this kind of behavior occurs because the magnet is misaligned or on the wrong side of the sensor or materials are causing signal loss or interfering with the magnetic gap.
Can you post a photo of the two sensors with the doors in the closed position?
Are the doors and frames metal? Commercial metal doors can cause signal attenuation and may require a spacer between the sensor and the surface to improve communication.
Hmm, I had assumed these would be wireless. Are you using a wired to wireless translator? It looks like there are a lot of potential locations you may be referencing.
