Alarm Events missing

Hi, under notifications on’s website should be Alarm Events but I don’t seem to be able to find it.

The alarm event(auxillary panic button) is showing up as having happened but the phones aren’t being alerted.


Happy to help! It looks like this account is using the new Automate plan. The Automate plan is a slimmed down service and does not include alarm monitoring and cannot have 24/7 monitoring attached.

Alarm signals are not processed in the back end for Automate. Automate instead supports real time sensor status alerts, meant for property awareness and automation rather than alarms.

To create Alarm Event notifications in either Surety Alarm, Surety Home, or Surety Complete would be required.
