I just paired two Jasco 45740 light switches with my IQ panel. They both appear on the panel and function correctly using the user interface on the panel, however only one of the switches appears on alarm.com and I cannot use the other one remotely.
How long ago did you add them? Typically z-wave devices take longer to show up on your ADC account (up to a few hours). If they are not showing up, we can always request an updated equipment list to hasten the process. I have initiated such a request on your account. Can you confirm whether they show up in the next five minutes or so?
I added them maybe about an hour ago, but I just checked and they did show up as of right now. Thank you for sending the request to my system.
