Alarm.com Thermostats

Hello I have 3 alarm.com thermostats on my account. They have worked well since installed. I have noticed over the last month that the target temp is not updating and it takes several refreshes on the app to get it to take.

Have you had any issues with these lately and if not, would resetting the device help?

No known issues have been brought to our attention. Is the Alarm.com website reporting the correct target on the TSTAT card ?

Do you encounter this issue with the app every time or intermittently? Just your mobile device or does the issue persist on other devices?

It could be due to out of date app software. You may need to check if an update for the mobile app version you have exists. Any luck?

I will look at the alarm.com website next time it happens. I usually only use the app which is up to date with the latest version. Thanks
