This morning my tenant awoke to loud beeping and two alert messages. I believe I can fix the motion detector with a new battery. I am stuck on the thermostat as it literally has not been touched or used in weeks.
She clicked ok to bypass today but I am looking for the long term resolution. It’s an alarm.com thermostat on the 2gig system.
Happy to help. I can see that service and equipment were purchased, however, it looks like you have not created your Alarm.com account yet. You would need to do that before any remote troubleshooting could be done.
This can be done by logging in to your Surety account and clicking on the System Manager tab.
The motion detector loss of supervision could indeed mean that the battery needs to be replaced on that sensor. It could also mean that the sensor is too far away from the panel and is having trouble communicating.
As for the thermostat, is it the Alarm.com ADC T2000 or is it the T3000?
