One of our users is getting 2 SMS notifications for all of the notifications they setup to receive. Can you please take a look.
We have looked into the issue regarding one of your users receiving 2 SMS notifications
instead of 1.
The problem could be caused by an out of date application. If the User is using the “Message Plus” application and it is a version lower than 2.2, the user will need to update the app and test again. If this does not work, user may need to unsubscribe from the “Message Plus” application and Uninstall reverting to the native message application.
This is a known issue for users getting 2 SMS notifications instead of one while they are using the “Message Plus” application.
