I have purchased a package but have yet to receive a login to alarm.com
I have forwarded your information to customer service for response. Once a order is successfully placed, and you have submitted your order survey (which you are taken to after entering payment information) you will receive an emailed receipt. If you have one, please forward that to customerservice@suretyDIY.com, as it will help them determine your status. Orders once submitted generally take one business day for processing. Once complete you will receive a follow up email with initial log in instructions.
It doesn’t look like any purchase orders have ever been attempted with this account however. Customer service will follow up.
