Support for Concord 4 with ADT Pulse Superbus

Yes, I can see the firmware of the module on our end, the error is referencing the panel firmware. I’ve not had my hands on one but I am curious if ADT maybe uses custom firmware on the Concord. If that is the case, I am not sure what, if anything might be affected. It otherwise seems to be functioning as expected.

It is difficult to say what effects that might have on reporting. Do you have any other previous communication equipment for previous dealers connected to the panel?
