Alarm.com - Error : Panel command timed out

Had a 2Gig panel go out, the dealer came out and replaced it and ever since then commands have not been registering from ios.

Any thoughts on a solution?

Communication concerns should definitely be brought up to your dealer if you do not use suretyDIY as it may require their intervention.

However, a few things you can check:

Run a Cell Phone Test. Is it successful?

Do you see normal activity in your Alarm.com history? Are inbound commands the only things that are not working?

Was the communication module replaced at the same time?
