Alarm.com erroneous reporting

I recently turned on email notifications. Now I’m frequently receiving erroneous “Rear Deck Door Open” emails. The Qolsys2 Plus panel shows nor announces any such thing. Also, we are not opening that door. So I’m thinking it’s not a sensor problem?

It looks like there is additional context to this in a ticket submitted through Alarm.com.

Did you have two sensors in Alarm.com showing the wrong name and then swapped them?

FYI it looks like that might still be happening. Currently your panel is reporting Zone 1 is the built in panel glass break, but it is labeled “Front Door” as the name.

Can you confirm in your alarm panel sensor list, what is the zone number of the Front Door?

I relabeled the 2 doors names on Alarm.com to match my panel sensor names. By switching the Front door and the Rear door names, it has fixed the problem.
