Alarm.com ADCT2000 not functioning properly

My ADC thermostat “Upstairs Thermostat” won’t go into Auto mode. It will go into Heat or Cool but not Auto on the ADC site or on the app. I reset the thermostat and now I can set the device manually to Auto using the mode buttons, but I still don’t see the Auto option on the app or website. My downstairs thermostat functions properly.

This tstat is reporting a malfunction. Attempted to poll updated status but the device is not communicating properly. You will want to remove then re-add the device. Any Change?
