I would like to add a camera I have a adc-v610pt installed I just need to add it to my panel
Alarm.com video cameras do not get added to your panel. They do not in any way directly communicate to the panel.
You need Cloud Video service in order to use a video with your account. To add video service to your existing account for $5/month, email customerservice@suretyDIY.com with your request. Information on video options beyond the basic level are shown here. If you do not have an exisiting account to which you’d like to add this service, you can purchase it without a security account.
The cameras communicate over your internet at the location. They are added using your Alarm.com account (under the “video” tab accessible when you add Cloud Video service). Plug the camera into your router, power it up, and follow the on screen instructions.
