ADC-VDB770 Activation Issue

I’m trying to add the ADC-VDB770 video doorbell to my system. I am receiving an error that my service package will not allow it and to contact my dealer. I have "Surety View” on my account. "Surety View” says it has "Video doorbell support”.
Any idea why I’m receiving this message?

The ADC-VDB770 requires Alarm.com analytics to work, and analytics are not available in View. That’s why it won’t add successfully.

There is a new Doorbell only plan which supports it, but that only supports a single doorbell. If you use other cameras you’ll need the Complete or Protect plan (depending whether you want automation options) which include analytics.

You can change around your plan at any time in the System Manager here.
