I have 14 Z-wave lighting devices, but only 11 show status on ADC. Of my 14 devices, 3 are Z-wave Plus. Shouldn’t ADC be showing status for 10 of my non-Plus devices in addition to all 3 of my Plus devices? It would appear that ADC is only recognizing one as a Plus device. Is there something I can do to get ADC to recognize that I have two additional Plus devices?
What are the model numbers of the 3 Plus devices? Which one is working as expected?
That would likely be the cause. GE/Jasco devices should work as expected, but not all models will yet according to ADC. This forum reply has a list of devices which, according to Alarm.com, will be able to update their status appropriately and be forwarded to ADC.
