Alarm.com doorbells don’t use the SD Card slot. We’re hoping they will some day after a firmware update but currently, they don’t.

Purpose of SD card in VDB?

SD card recording is not available in the VDB770 at this time, but I believe they did originally intend to potentially add this down the line through firmware updates. I do not have info or ETA on that unfortunately.
