How do I access the new safety button in the alarm.com app as mentioned here Introducing Alarm.com Safety Button
Currently this feature can only be added manually on our end. This service add on is $2 /mo per license. Multiple users are able to use Safety Button on an Alarm.com account as long as they have their own login credentials and an available license
Licenses refer to the number of individual devices that are using the Safety Button. The number of licenses selected should correspond to the number of individuals who will be using the feature.
If you would like we can enable this feature for you, just let us know.
Is it monitored by avantguard or a third party as it looks like another safety app (Noonlight) that I have installed on my phone.
Feature is not related to AvantGuard. Service is handled be Alarm.com staff directly.
