My 520IP only records 3-8sec clips, and saves all clips as “camera triggered” regardless of whether or not its “event triggered” (I.e., alarm event, entry delay event, saves as camera triggered)
The saved settings are for 15sec camera triggered clip lengths, and its not doing 15sec, and since it won’t save as anything other than camera triggered, I can’t get the event/system triggered events of 50-60sec.
ADC setting is what tells the camera to record the length of the clip duration, correct? So command isn’t being properly recieved I suspect.
Maybe its a firmware issue…dunno if its running the up to date firmware or not.
