doing the cellular test and panel says fail. try again. also says to make sure i have an active account. I can log into surety but not alarm.com. I followed instructions on activation on surrety and created the alarm.com account. Help
It can take a few minutes for signaling to commence, and if you are still having trouble with a cell test a panel reboot can help. Settings > Advanced Settings > Reboot Panel.
However, looking at the account, it looks like your panel is now signaling and initial connection commands were all successful.
You should be able to login now. Are you still experiencing any issues?
