Account not shown

I have signed up, billed my credit card, and can control my door locks, thermostat, and light remotely. However when I call the monitoring phone number on the panel and after the alarm test, both people I spoke with said they cannot see my home’s address or my account. They direct me to this forum for help.

It looks like this relates to this thread, and is in reference to a new account using an existing panel. If you are calling a number found on the sticker on the panel, that may not be accurate. Please refer to your Welcome email instructions, with subject “Welcome to suretyDIY”

The correct number to dial will be found in the emailed instructions. It looks like there has been a successful login and use of Alarm.com. This would be the same email in which you received your initial login credentials.
