Access History Report

I have two panels, one on Surety Complete and the second on Surety Home.

The Surety Complete panel has an “Access History Report” but the Surety Home panel doesn’t show that report as being available under Activity, Reports.

Is this a function of the different plan level, or is there something else I’m missing to be able to run / see that report?

To confirm, you are referencing “Access History Report” under Activity > Reports (view old Reports page) correct?

This feature should only be available with Alarm.com Commercial service plans and is not meant to be included in Residential plans.

This appears to be a bug on Alarm.com’s end as this is not a feature we can enable/disable on the account, as it is a Residential plan.

Essentially, shy of switching to a Commercial plan (which we do not currently offer) the Access History Report feature could not be added to the other account.

Additionally, as this appears to be a bug, access to the report may go away at some point. I could not say if or when this will occur, but that would be my expectation here.

I just sent you a PM with a video of what I see in my ADC portal. Yes, it is that report, and it shows under both the old and new report areas. Very interesting that I’m not supposed to have it! LOL

I’ve criticized alarm.com in the past for having a TON of data but making almost no reporting available. Maybe they heard me and threw me a bone. (Just kidding). Anyway no big deal if it disappears; as I can still view that data via filtered activity listings.
