AC Power Failure - Unable to Clear

I’m experiencing the same “AC Power Failure” message on alarm.com/in the app that others have experienced in the past. This is a new IQ Panel 2 Plus replacement panel. I powered down the panel last night disconnected the battery and let it sit overnight (8+ hours). Powered it back on, ran the cell test, logged out of the app and back in. Panel is showing battery 100% (Charging), odd but ac power and battery tests pass. Any other suggestions on how to clear this? Waiting to resolve this before mounting it back on the wall.

Thanks Jason! For anyone else who might bump into it. I also resolved it with but simulating a power failure (pulled the supply), waited 10 minutes, plugged back in. Restoral message was received and cleared from alarm.com
