I am using a 2GIG SP1 about 50ft away from the power adapter utilizing a cat5 line. The panel works without issue but the screen will go black randomly once a month or so which requires a power reset. The unit is still powered up as it makes noise but will not display anything on the screen. I ran a new wire thinking it was a wire issue but that’s not it. I switched out panel and power adapter and still have the issue. I am at a loss here as to what could be causing this. Any ideas?
What firmware version is your panel and SP1 running?
When you say you tried switching out the panel do you mean a different GC3 or a different SP1?
