2Gig Panel issue with not responding

My panel is not responding to remote inputs. I keep getting emails saying the panel has not responded since “__”. Every few days I’ll get an email that the panel communication has been restored but it seems to only last a moment. The panel was working fine and has not been moved.

Radio not responding indicates that the cellular module is unable to communicate with Alarm.com.

History indicates that your cellular signal strength is intermittent, when it is signaling it is typically around 1/6 signal strength. 2/6 is the minimum you want for proper communication.
