I have a 2gig ft1-345 and 2gig gc3 with latest firmware. The water sensor is not reporting when it gets wet. I left the sensor submerged and it still didn’t report a flood. Followed install instructions posted here still nothing.
As I was writing the post 2gig support said it takes 3 minutes to trip the flood. Is there anyway to cut the time down and is this normal behavior?

Yes, that is the normal function of the sensor. It requires violation for 3 minutes to report a flood condition. This avoids nuisance activation due to spills/etc.
The time requirement is hard-coded sensor function which cannot be adjusted.
