How do I receive weather on my 2gig Edge panel? Is this a setting you make or I make in Alarm.com or Suretyhome.com login areas?
Weather forecast by default is available on the Edge so long as you have the Surety Home or Complete service plan. You will need to enable weather in the System Manager of your Surety account.
Severe weather alerts are available if you have FW Firmware Version 1.1 (V3.1.1.016) . Patch notes and update instructions can be found here:
So my 2gig Edge has been updated to the latest 3.1.2 firmware. Where do I activate it in the alarm.com Dashboard?

When we upgraded our plan to add cameras, the weather feature was disabled on our 2gig Edge panel. Can you please re-enable it?
