2GIG-CO3-345 Loss of CO Supervision

Over the weekend I installed a 2GIG-CO3-345 on my system. Everything seemed happy, but after about 12 hours it started reporting “Loss of CO Supervision”. I’m not sure how to troubleshoot besides re-adding it, what should I check?

Did you learn it in via tampering or did you type in the serial number? I would first verify that the serial number is correct if you quickly lose supervision to the sensor.

If that is fine, I would remove it from its location and bring it closer to the control panel, let it rest there for a while and see if the loss of supervision resolves itself due to proximity. This may indicate environmental signal interruption in its current location, interference, or possibly a faulty antenna.

Thanks for the suggestion - I did learn it in by typing the s/n, so I will verify that first, then try proximity.
