2 Way Voice Setup Missing

Called into the monitoring station to add another phone # and mentioned that 2 Way Voice has never worked. They mentioned that it was not setup on my account/panel, how do I go about doing that?


Looks like this is regarding a Basic Interactive service account. Note that 2-Way Voice is not available on Basic Interactive Service plans. You can find included features of our service plans here.
