Hello , will the current 2 gig panel support vivints new doorbell camera? Any word on go control 3 release? Should have been out by now!!

Only the 2GIG Go!2.0 (aka Vivint Sky panel)
The doorbell camera, like all the alarm.com cameras is made by Vivotek for Vivint, but the firmware is not compatible with alarm.com.
I have spoken with Alarm.com regarding doorbell cameras in the past. The one you reference would not have compatible firmware, correct.
We are impatiently waiting for an announcement regarding the GC3 release. No news yet.
My sources through the grapevine have it that the GC3 is officially coming in November, and will retail for around $300 (this price will not include the cellular module which will not be compatible with current 2GIG panels, and will support 3G and LTE… so around $400 or so).
